Placeways full-service technical support provides knowledgeable, friendly, and in-person assistance with using our products via e-mail and telephone. This is a premium service available only to those customers who have an active technical service account. If you don't already have an account you may purchase it here.
CommunityViz Live Support
- CommunityViz Professional includes 12 months of service from the date of purchase
- CommunityViz Full Service Technical Support seats can be purchased on their own in 12-month increments
Live Support Hours of Operation
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday except holidays.
Mountain Time is UST (-7) hours, or 2 hours earlier than the East Coast.
Live support is limited to 5 hours per month per customer. Please understand that it does not include application consulting (i.e., project work) and that it is limited to Placeways products. We cannot provide support for ArcGIS, Microsoft products, hardware issues, networking issues, and so on.
